In the Article, Schildknecht talks about how flexibility lead Uassist.ME to success. He mentions how flexibility was key to the growth UAM has experienced in the past years. Starting with the idea that more people might need personal assistants, Schildknecht soon realized that his clientele was growing in the administrative side; businesses where reaching out to him to hire assistants to manage their day to day tasks like: Booking Flights, Managing Social Media, Answering Callas, Email management etc. He soon decided to switch the approach and discovered that clients evolve and so do their needs.
